Close, Palm Harbor, west side of Lake Tarpon. When I moved here 12-13 years ago, the housing market was the dumps. Just about every 4th house was for sale in my price range, and most had been on the market for a year. Great buyers market but I didn't get what my house was worth in Chicago area so I guess a wash. Will probably happen again, but the demographics favor FL so (I hope) it doesn't get that bad here. If you are ever down this way let me know... do you play golf? John
