No, you are not talking advise and consent. Socialists are using a tactic that is not in the Constitution. They are trying to circumvent a system that has been in place for over 200 years! Why? Because they are poor spoiled losers. They lost 2 presidential & congressional elections and it pisses them off.

Don't worry the socialists still have a chance. They have the media behind them as usual and republican senators have no backbone.

I didn't hear you guys whining when 70 of Clinton's appointees were bottled up. So why are whining now? Pure partisanship.

You act like Clinton was the only President that had appointees bottled up in the judicial committee. Both sides are guilty of not following the Constitution. However, it is the socialists that have no problem of wiping their asses with it.
