Means testing will occur. It is ridiculous for wealthy people - and I do not mean rich - to get government benies.

What we need to get past is the concept of SS being an insurance program and call it what it is - a welfare program for seniors.

Give more to those who need it - and less or nothing to those who do not.

What Bush wants to do is make more investment capital available to the economy. Additionally, I know a person who died young - his family had to borrow to pay his funeral - his SS - ah - gone to others.
