Provided of course they have resource management act approval [air pollution is a bad thing].

It took me a while to get to the punchline, but I eventually got to it. (I get disapointed if there is no laugh in a Mq post!)

Difficulty is this : "Anything US is alleged to have done is considered guilty, unless proven otherwise". The bigger difficulty is there is no non-US entity that can/will "prove otherwise".

One should not blame the victim, but if you walk down a dark alley at night carrying a basketful of cash or if a sexy woman walks down a dark alley at night wearing almost nothing -- what happens will be predictable, and the victims damned fools.
