The Republicans need to stand up to the lying democrats and get The President's judges appointed.

They have the constitution on their side, The Presidency, the Senate and the house...what more do they need?

Seems to me if the guys who wrote the constituion didn't use a fillibuster a single time between 1788 and 1855, then its unconstitutional.
