The only way to meet your standards is to abolish war itself. People will always die in war. It aint a video game. Both pro warriors and anti warriors should understand it because the former often go off half cocked and the latter dabble in pacifism which may one day be responsible for their own demise and that of their family. Personally i often wish for the time of pre-superpower days but i think of those dayss and how the euros brought us two World wars because of their stupidity and propensity to appease. This is not a simple issue.
