Henry, the problem I have is that I have myself taught at Harvard University, but if I advertised myself as having been a "Harvard Professor" it would seriously damage my professional standing since I would be immediately be identified as a phony who was trying to gain credibility by pasting "Harvard" on myself. All the branches of Harvard process through hundreds, even thousands of people a year to whom the University accords some sort of status, even counting them as "officers of the University."

I confess that I am not quite ready to accord you the status that you claim for yourself.

Please do continue not to quote me.
