Hey, Republicans voted: for filibuster. "...The Senate voted 56-42, giving Republicans less than the 60 votes needed to end debate and go to a final vote to confirm Bolton, a favorite of conservatives who currently is the top U.S. diplomat for arms control...." OK, it's not exactly FOR filibuster but it's a delay nonetheless. Enough of these and it will be FOR filibuster which means the Senate Republicans make zero sense whatsoever. wireservice.wired.com
