I'm glad they realized the Great Globalstar Memorial Day Massacre was legal. I really should sue that guy in California! Saying it was "clearly illegal" when it wasn't, besmirching my name as though I was like Elgindy.

Can officials in the USA go around using their position of authority to defame, slander, or libel individuals lawfully going about their business?

He should do time along with Anthony@. Or at least give me a public apology right here and maybe in the Wall Street Journal on-line edition. I wouldn't really want somebody in prison for being a bit careless, but authorities are all too often bullying types who need to be bumped back. Maybe I should write to him and demand an apology and compensation [I figure about $3141.59 should compensate me for the harm to my reputation].

PS: Karma came in - the guy who wanted me in prison, with thugs pounding on me, lost a leg in a motorcycle crash some time later. I wonder if the Californian commercial law guy has met his doom.
