I was intrigued with Kopel's reading the names of fallen troops this year. Last year it was an outrage. This year it's appropriate

No, it's not appropriate, just not a fresh outrage.

The outrage is not in remembering the troops. The outrage is in pretending to honor the troops, while carefully conveying the message that they died for nothing, at best, or a criminal enterprise, at worst. Obsessive body counts, inflation of enemy tactics and standing, and complete omission of US troops' goals or any strategic overview will have that effect. To listen to the MSM, you would supposed that the US troops whole purpose in Iraq is to ride around waiting to get blown up.

Meantime, Iyad Allawi and King Abdullah have reported new evidence of Saddam's longstanding ties, not just with Zarqawi, but with Zawahiri as well. Just try to find THAT reported on Page One anywhere.
