TLT........baffling..

.....but Treasuries seeming to have the best of both worlds lately. ???

Dollar weak......Central banks buy dollars and pile into Treasuries to keep their own currencies in line.
Dollar strong.....CBs and everybody else buy dollars and pile into Treasuries in "flight to safety".........g
