A reduction in unwanted and abused children means the potential crimes never happen, that is much better than just solving and punishing the crimes after the fact.

Actually it's not purely abortion, any decrease in unwanted children leads to the crime reduction.

Actually, abortion of wanted children results in crime reduction. A policy of no children at all guarantees a complete elimition of crime in 100 years.


IIRC, the famous authors of that study understood normalization.
