Have you ever heard of the ACLU suing to remove any of the other symbols? Have you ever noticed a movement in this country to establish any religion other than the one that is symbolized by a cross? When the Buddhists try to take over, I imagine the ACLU will resist their symbols, as well. CB just posted a link to all the symbols. Too bad CB wasn't along when I visited the Punchbowl...

I see I really started something with my original post about the ACLU and crosses. I read all the responses, personally I agree with you. I can see no reason whatsoever to remove a cross dedicated for some reason. It can do no damage and if anyone is offended they ought to leave this country. I wish the ACLU would go to a Muslim country and start trying to remove the Koran or other Islamic symbols from public places. I think the Muslims would KNOW WHAT TO DO with those lawyers. I sick and tired of people not of this nation destroying OUR Judeo/Christian symbols and values. I could go on an on but you get my point. jdn
