Impeachment first step is to replace the Delay congress. Howard DEan is focused on that. It's why he's put a bull's eye on the crooked Mr. Delay. Delay can scoff all he wants at that but he knows he's guilty. Delay runs a massive dirty money slush fund, much of it illegal financing, and has been financing all kinds of dirty tricks with it, possible even including the smearvets, which the smearvets swore was not connected to the GOP. Delay is now busy handing out pork barrel spending to everyone circling him. More payoff schemes. Yesterday he announced we should go back to the moon. Why? More money for his district, to try and boost his local poll numbers, not just that he's a lunatic.
