I think Dems (of which I am not one) are more concerned with the millions of people (counting ratepayers in CA) ripped of by Enron with the assistance of Arthur Anderson. When the beancounters are in league with the corporate crooks, they should both go down. Rhenquist's analogy of a mother advising her son to conceal evidence of a crime was ridiculous. Do you want a government of, by and for corporations, or a government that works for the people?

Say what you may but this trial was prosecuted by a republican justice dept. The judge messed up, wonder if he is one of those "liberal" activists or a Texas justice conservative. The real shame here is that Kenny boy is still free.
