My buddies and I are all fairly competitive. I got the lake property in '95. It's only a little over 23 acres, but it seems like a lot to a city boy. What many people don't realize is that rural property is usually pretty easy to buy. I used to want to retire there. That's probably in question now, but both my kids want us to keep the land.
