Joe, BTW, your guys are taking a beating in Europe, as we speak.

By a significant margin, the French decided not to turn their sovereignty over to a bunch of foreigners. Very ironic, considering the fuss they made over America's "illegal" and "unilateral" invasion of Iraq.

So that's what you think ails the French over the EU Constitution?
