UW, I didn't mean the FBI, I wrote Congress, though you'd have had to read the whole post to pick that up if you thought I might have meant the FBI was the part of government I was referring to. <//All that happened was the other arms of government considered the situation and decided Nixon had to go.//

Congress is the US government. They make the laws. The president doesn't. Congress turfing out the president isn't subverting or changing the US government.
