A.S., Look at the overriding facts: Nixon did not complete 8 years, Clinton did. Argue as much as you want, and define the semantics as favorably as can possibly be construed, the simple facts are: President Clinton completed two terms, Nixon did not. Technically, you are correct, but the big picture paints another story. Factually, I have a few errors, but the reality remains, Clinton deserves your respect. Nixon quit on us, and left the Country hanging in the wind, ultimately resulting in Jimmy (second worst President in my lifetime) Carter’s election. Yeeewoch!!!
