Still Time For Treasurys
A. Gary Shilling,

The bond rally of a lifetime is still under way. Be prepared to welcome the new 30-year bond, likely to surface next winter.

I know a lot of people in their 50s who inherited a house or three from their parents. I believe that a much smaller percentage of their kids will inherit homes (free and clear) as these same people are burning through the equity. That change alone will allow an extension to the ever-rising standard of living for 1 generation, imo. It will be quite a change one generation out when there are few who inherit much of value.
