Show me America's policy that authorizes the torture of prisoners. Show me the moral compass which supports that alleged policy.

Go find the America which does not investigate itself and does not prosecute individuals for prisoner abuse.

Clearly, the America you see is a figment of your imagination. Your posts about America exhibit a level of ignorance and hatred that is ugly. It must be awfully depressing living in your world.

An organization like AI should not get involved in partisan politics?

"torturing prisoners" We punish people who engage in torture.

"going to war in Iraq without any rational justification" IYO. Others differ.

"killing thousands of innocents" Something we have endeavored mightily to avoid - think concrete bombs, for example.

"And then dividing up the country so Bush's corporate contributors can profit from all the contracts? " Nothing of the sort has happened. In particular, Iraq's oil reserves - the really major asset the country has - remain in the hands of Iraq's national oil company.
