Re: There's about a 4 inch difference in average height - maybe more. Even the few people on the street who like a bit like Vincente Fox (that mustache style is popular) are WAY shorter that Mr. Fox. Okay, I get it... So all it's gonna take the ETA to successfully sneak into the US is a team of mustachioed runts.

But if a person goes down to Mexico you see those of the same racial type as Fox quiet a bit, I think they are 15% of the population. They are called "blancos" or "pensuliares" and they are the decendents of the Spaniards and are the folks who control the wealth and power down there. They are not the ones sneaking across the border to come here for health care or to pick oranges. Of all of Mexicos presidents since the revolution all of them except one (Cardenas back in the 1930's) have been from the same general social and racial group as Fox. In a country that is over 80% Indian (Indio) they have only had one Indio president. We sold carpet machinery to a group in Mexico city, and they resemble me or Fox, not the dudes here picking oranges. Go down there and see a doctor or an attorney and most likeley he will too. Of course we Americans are racists. All these third world places are all models of racial and class equality (not). A funny thing about Fox: We went on a long trip driving through Mexico in 2000 and a Fox poster was literally nailed to every single fence post along the road. I have never seen anything like it. His mustached image would give you vertigo as you drive past. I can close my eyes and still see them. Slagle
