CRXA, GSK, and the market collectively ignored the large shareholder who announced their intent to vote against the merger based on their valuation analysis, which is 30 % higher than the accepted offer. I actually bought some today on the notion that I can't lose anything more than the trading costs and maybe there's a slim possibility this shareholder can threaten enough trouble that the deal is sweetened. Probably won't happen but it's a reason to keep paying attention. steve
