I dont understand what you are posting about except the part about the hair plugs. Biden has consistently called for more troops. Are you saying that we are prohibited from sending them because of "Posse Comitatus Act"? Perhaps if we had more troops in the beginning, we would have been much more succesful and not had a recruitment problem. Someone disagrees and he is labelled and then dismissed as hair plug biden. I guess only rummy knows.

I ask you again. How does The Posse Comitatus Act relate to biden's assertation that the porous iraq border needs to be addressed more effectively than it has been? If you read the notes from biden's appearance on imus that i posted yesterday that should have been clear to you. But you see what you want to see, dont you mike?
