The question was why do you refer to reporting of violence as propaganda, not who is more responsible for the situation. As you've changed the subject....

It's not that hard to define the denial of the right of self determination to an entire population as an atrocity. If you believe that definition, the Israelis are guilty of that for every minute of the past 50 years. The Palestinians are not.

God knows the Israelis and the Americans have tried numerous times to set a plan on the table to end the war. However, where are the concerned Arab leaders with their plan?

The Arabs don't believe that Israel should exist in its current form. I'm not entirely sure about the matter as I'm no expert, but I agree with basic concept that an ethnic state (homeland for the Jews) is unamerican and unfair to the non-Jews.
