So far no volume has appeared to drive that.

There was a pretty good volume spike that stopped the decline in QQQQ at about 11:30 - 12:30. We may well see a bit of afternoon rally in reaction here.

But as of now, QQQQ has failed at the middle of the BBs, which are currently sitting at $37.70

stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyyay[dc][pd20,2!b20][vc60][iLk14!Lyb20,2.0]&pref=G

Support below in order is:

chart support: $37.00

200 sma: $36.99

chart support: $36.70

50 sma: $36.49

lower BB rail: $36.48

chart support: $36.00

middle of the medium-term regression channel: $35.85

These numbers were adjusted from a previous post:

So.... I see $36.50 as a likely reversal point, since it coincides with the lower BB rail and the 50 sma. Pretty fair support there. But also the 200 sma is pretty good support, since it coincides with chart support at $37 right now.
