One child born premature at 24 weeks.= Fully Human person One child unborn at 40 weeks. = non-Human???????????????? "It's an unambiguous event. That is exactly the type of thing needed for a clear legal definition." It might look good in a cold, legal text book, but if you put the two children beside one another it would be painfully obvious that that the elderly one who was yet unborn was no less Human than the other. The application of your "unambiguous event" to real People is unambiguously and intuitively inhuman and immoral. The fact that it might be legal is irrelevant!
