As I said, all sorts of cells are Human.
That is not really as relevant as you would like to think it is.

In either case the two are too immature to make their own decisions, and so the mother's judgement prevails. I'm fully aware that there are others who may have concerns about the pregnancy, but they aren't the ones who are pregnant. Maybe those concerned should fund more research into bottle-wombs and then they can be mothers themselves.
