Yes there are. But their purpose is to piss off people, and that way does it to the people they want to enrage.

But but but -- the people who fought and died for this country fought and died for the very freedom that is making you angry -- freedom of speech, even the freedom to say and do things that really drive you bonkers.

They didn't fight and die for the right to tell people to shut up and sit down.

Burning the flag is symbolic speech.
