Yes, but one must be careful of order. The one does not cause the other.

BTW, have you ever voted for an independent? I did with H Ross, the great sucking sound himself, the 1'st time he ran. I wish we could get a moderate 3'rd party to pull down his numbers in 2008, but I don't think it will happen.

No, and I agree. Since the assumption is that what benefits the middle class is good for the country... then what's good for the middle class is almost by definition pragmatic.


In terms of a name, why not take a page from the two existing party......Democrats for Democracy, Republicans for the Republic.....hence, the American party or some variation on American.
