tsigprofit, Simple truth. Owners and large shareholders like outsourcing if it can deliver comparable results for a lower price. Employees don't. Owners have to make sure that their business is competitive. If a competitor uses automation and gets rid of some jobs, they have to follow or go out of business. Similarly, if another competitor uses outsourcing to lower costs, others have to follow, unless they have discovered very generous clients who are willing to pay more for the same services. -Arun
