Quincy,

I assume that this flat tax would be "revenue neutral", right?

SO...how can a family of 4 making $46 grand pay NO taxes without someone else paying MORE taxes??

WHO'S gonna pay the MORE taxes?

The Republican expert who wrote the book on Bush's tax plan (I posted the title many times last year but forget it) came to the stunning conclusion that Bush's tax plan isn't just good for millionaires, it's ESPECIALLY good for billionaires. In fact the richer you are, the better it is for you. And the less you have, the worse it is for you, because the burden of the balooning deficits is being dumped mainly on the middleclass. The rich basically get off scott free, and can easily afford the higher prices (hidden taxes) for health care, energy and education.
