As you and I discussed many moons ago, Unk, we needed more boots on the ground.... The Guard and Reserve has been asked to perform heroically and they did...far beyond anything expected by most of us... Same with the regular army... Marines, Airborne, Rangers & Special Ops types are hurting too... I think the job needed to be done. I still support the President. We are suffering the besotting decisions of the manpower and budget cuts of the previous decade. What is the solution?...other than to lay the cards on the table for the Iraqi...they don't have the luxury of waiting for perfect conditions...nor do we... jj
