You may have missed this: Message 21405500 IF we had done a better job after World Trade Center I, we might not have had World Trade Center II and 9-11. And IF Jamie Gorelic and the Clinton Justice Department hadn't tightened the information flow between the CIA and FBI and completely stopped it, the CIA and FBI could much better have coordinated the information each was getting. And IF the funding for the CIA, including the increased manpower requirements, had NOT been decreased by multiples, we "might" have had some people actually "working in the various fields, including Iraq"..... But we in our wisdom, continued with a blind eye to the events of the decade before 9-11.
