Marijuana isn't very addictive physiologically, the neuronal pathways don't seem to work like that, as they do in, say, cocaine or heroin. But what about mental dependence? If you call that "addiction" then wouldn't marijuana be like other things that people become dependent on, like video games and/or TV?

Obviously your mind is closed, and you aren't aware of what is happening around you. Check with your local police someday in addition to my other suggestions.
