The numbers tell us that the rich elderly will be better off in my system, but the poor elderly will be better off sticking with the current system. So as John pointed out, the two main variables to consider are your current age and your income level. Based on those two, you'd have to do the numbers to figure out whether privatization works for you. That is why I would advocate giving people a choice, instead of mandating a new system.
