But business are free to set their own prices, at least they probably are, and IMO they should be. So the price probably wouldn't be any of those A,B,C prices but probably would be at least partially based on it. To an extent competition could push the prices together (if your more expensive than your neighbor he gets the business unless you provide other advantages) so its possible that the price might be pushed down to (or even below) the A,B,C prices.
