The only reason Bush is not impeachable is because of the makeup of Congress. Impeachment is inherently a political act, not a legal act.

Don't think I'm on your side at all. If you haven't turned on Bush, I believe you've turned your back on the founding fathers.

When Junior lied in the SOTU address it was not perjury, it was an unconstitutional act. That breaks the fundamental law of the land, not just one of the random laws of congress. It is most definitely impeachable.
