We were never "at war" in Korea (police action) or Vietnam (I think they called it a conflict). We never declared war on Panama, simply swooped in and kidnapped their President. No declaration on Grenada, just killed a couple of Commie surfers and took over. I don't remember what we called Serbia, Kosovo, etc. But we are currently involved in the war on drugs, which somehow involves growing more drugs in Afghanistan.
