Yeah, the one your father makes you wear on your sleeve.

the only mark i carry in my right hand and in my forehead is the sign of the cross. for Orthodox Christians touch their right hand to their forehead and say, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, amen.

when we touch our forehead with our right hand it symbolizes that we worship God with all our MIND. when we touch our breast it symbolizes that we worship with all our HEART & SOUL. when we complete the sign of the cross by touching our right shoulder and then cross over to finish on our left shoulder, we symbolize worship of God with all our MIGHT or STRENGTH. for strength is carried in the shoulders.

as we touch our foreheads we say in the name of the FATHER, symbolizing the FATHER up in heaven.

when we touch our chest we say and of the SON to symbolize that the SON came down from heaven and descended into hades, destroying the power of death.

when we touch our right shoulder and then our left, we say and of the HOLY SPIRIT, because the HOLY SPIRIT is sent into all the earth. (Rev 5:6)

this is not just some fanciful superstition concocted in recent times by Christians. this was prophesied thousands of years ago by the holy prophet Moses, long before Christ manifested himself to the world.

why do you think the Lord God specified the passage in Deuteronomy six as the great commandment of the law? do you think this was just some sort of coincidence?

the Lord God, the Word, made this passage the great commandment for a reason. and in his infinite wisdom and foresight he made sure that every Jew is brought up to recite this verse and know it by heart.

Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God is one Lord. And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy mind, and with all thy soul, and all thy strength. And these words, all that I command thee this day, shall be in thy heart and in thy soul. And thou shalt teach them to thy children, and thou shalt speak of them sitting in the house, and walking by the way, and lying down, and rising up. And thou shalt fasten them for a sign upon thy hand, and it shall be immoveable before thine eyes. And ye shall write them on the lintels of your houses and of your gates. --Deuteronomy 6:4-9

Christians follow the great commandment of the Lord God after the spiritual manner. we bind the sign of the cross upon our right hand and we touch the frontlets betweeen our eyes (our forehead), and we trace the figure of a cross as described in the law of Moses, by touching our forehead to signal worshipping with our MIND, then our chest or belly to signify our HEART & SOUL, and then our shoulders to signify worshipping God with all our MIGHT and STRENGTH.

Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. --Matthew 22:36-38

And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. --Mark 12:28-30
