I don't have time to read the whole thing, but the opening paragraph, which in a good piece of writing would be representative of the overall view, doesn't talk at all about medical testing. It talks about "cosmetic and household" testing, which I have already said I think are unnecessary, and says that "test results do not help prevent or treat accidental or purposeful misuse of the products" which is also quite true, but also totally irrelevant to the issue of the safety and efficacy of drugs for medical treatment. If this is representative of the view of the article, it has nothing to do with the issues I raised.
