The point about Camp X-Ray is that it's by design a place that the US has designated to keep certain prisoners OUTSIDE the US or any other country so that they can be treated without respect to US law OR the Geneva conventions on the treatment of prisoners.

The way these prisoners have been treated violates US law for the treatment of prisoners on US soil. No doubt about that. Their treatment, if it occurred on US soil, would be so illegal that no appellate court in the US would approve it, period.

Most countries in the civilized world would come down the same way.

Chaining prisoners into a fetal position, and leaving them in the dark for a day or two while they urinate and defecate on themselves, indeed, something that I cannot imagine US personnel engaged in.

Your mileage obviously varies.

It's despicable touting rumors as "facts"

What do you know about that FBI report that I don't know? Is there some reason to treat it as other than fact?
