Look forget the PORK talk, as I said, I saw little of it. My question to people more knowledgeable then me is this: Is it workable? You cant say it will come to pass if its a good idea as PETROLEUM COMPANIES control our fuel requirements today. To get them to buy into the program, create the refineries etc its gotta be a DOABLE thing. I am just trying to find out if Harkin was spewing hot air or if he is on to the solution of our fuel crisis which is only going to get worse. I would LOVE to wean ourselves completely out of the Middle East and Venzuella and STILL be able to have SUV's and the like. jdn
