This is the worst ruling the supreme court has made in years. I haven't read anybody anywhere say this is a good thing.

It's time for Bush to fix this court.
This is a ridiculous ruling. Haven't those lefties ever heard of the 5th Amendment?

Sounds to me like the abolition of private property in true Marxist style to me. And don't think for a minute that a property owner gets fair market value when emminent domain is used. And don't think for a minute that properties won't be taken and simply transferred to another party unlike what Stevens wrote. That will never be enforced unless you have a million dollars to go to court over it. Souter, Ginsberg, Breyer and Stevens are finally unmasked as the Marxists I've always susptected them to be.
