Yeah, I've seen it when there are FEW buyers for existing homes. But it depends on how it ends. I don't expect an immediate price crash ... more something like the UK or AUS. Transaction volumes have fallen but I think you can still get out.

Something could happen so that prices fall dramatically, but I think that is unlikely.
