Right on the money CB, I would absolutely start with clean water. Something measurable, and something you can hopefully directly control the resources toward.

Then build on that success.

sorry didn't follow messages back to Africa.. i was talking about united states. education vs tons of money. If we are to lift up the poor, and made the country competitive and save jobs we need an education system that works.

It appears throwing money at it is like throwing money at Africa nations with corruption. one big sink hole.
