I guess they don't know how to use the ignore feature. I'm not quite getting the overwhelming need for a moderator. Someone to filter the info so they know how to interpret it and respond?

WE understand that television often goes for the least common denominator. We were unaware we were. If so, inform us. We need another platform. WHile this may be an ADULT environment, adults with worthwhile matters to discuss need no such language. "laura bush" aka bonnuss_in_austin was terminated for such language. SiouxPal should also ne. The above sentence is nonsense, as you know, and illustrates the ignorance of its composer. The one thing I would agree with is updating TOU to reflect actual practice. "Understand that there is a fine line between the application of your "property rights" as SI Admin and the "freedom of speech" rights granted in the U.S. Constitution and amendments." THe above sentence is again nonsense. THe First Amendment is a limitation on the governments, not SI. "So I think you would agree that your censoring rights are considerably less than those of a Minister over the activity within his/her Church or a School Teacher over the activity in his/her classroom. And likely less than those applied to broadcast over the public air waves." More nonsense. A minister can decide acceptable speech in his church. A teacher is a public employee acting for the gov't and as such is bound by its rules. "Let's simply find an adult and non-repressive answer to the so-called problem and restore our Moderator forthwith." THeir moderator can moderate while suspended. aPut SiouxPal back in his cell.
