The shoe does not fit, which is why I am suing Mary in the first place. In the second place, the only thing the judge found was a lack of personal jurisdiction. She did not rule on the merits of the lawsuit, nor did she dismiss it with prejudice. I have filed a Motion for Reconsideration. It is not over and nothing you say will make the facts any different then what they really are. You haven't got a clue as to the real facts here. Following posts by Mary does not make you knowledgable about this litigation. It is unfounded statements about me that got Mary sued and nothing else.

Amen to that. I've been sued in three states by ADOT because they didn't like me posting on RB that they had affiliations with a stellar list of stock touts including Allen Wolfson. The Nevada suit against me was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds but the suits in New Mexico (my home state) and Florida are still on-going. See my blog for the whole story.

The supreme court ruling yesterday that journalists must name their sources or go to jail is yet another assualt on the First Amendment. Censorship by litigation insures that only those with money will have any kind of a voice.
