Hey, burny, if Intel has such great advantages, why do they threaten to raise your CPU prices by 10% if you dare sell an AMD-based computer?

Can AMD guarantee continued platform and chipset development or do they say talk to NVIDIA / VIA and hope they will?

Got to admit, Intel does guarantee that whatever motherboard and whatever memory type you buy today will be obsolete in 6 months. You see, that gives more profits to Intel. Smart move.

AMD, OTOH, actually talks to its customers before making such decisions.

...and yes cadillac use to be the premium automobile but Lexus has overtaken cadillac...
