You know something, the simpler the better in my trading world, and there is an elegant little set-up that's beaten the pants off buy & hold over the past 8 years or so in the QQQQs.

Now, I would never base a trade just on these rules -- I'm not that simple -- but here they are:

BUY the QQQQs when 5 Day RSI closes below 30
SELL the QQQQs when 5 Day RSI closes above 50
